Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all programs offered by Application.

At Application Ally, we value your time and ours. As our services are highly personalized and
time-intensive, we request clients to adhere to the following cancellation terms:
 

  1. Consultation or Session Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session or meeting, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing admin@applicationally.net.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a missed session and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

   2. Program Cancellations (Pre-Start)

  • If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the start of the program, please notify us within 48 hours of enrollment. Beyond this period, your request will fall under our Refund Policy.

   3. Ongoing Program Cancellations

  • Once a program has started, mid-program cancellations will be assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy. No cancellations will be accepted after the completion of a program.

   4. No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless explicitly approved under exceptional circumstances.
